What work out routine can I follow so that I can gain muscle mass?

I’m in great shape, very trim, with great muscle definition. I love this but I would to increase my mass. How am I supposed to work out to do this because, I’m not seeing results on my current work out program.

  2. to put on mass, you need to concentrate on compound lifts. Make sure to incorporate barbell bench on chest day, deadlifts on back day, and squats on leg day. Squats are the most anabolic exercise you can do so make sure to do those!
