Does anyone know of any particularly good weight loss supplements?
I’m looking for something to help curb my appetite (not to replace a meal, just curb the hunger between meals) and boost my energy, but not make me jittery.
I’m just looking for a good supplement that is legal, helpful and over the counter.
I’m not trying to lose massive amounts of weight but I feel like I need a little boost to go with my better eating habits and exercise.
I think I will try the whole chocolate thing!

Anything containing hoodia- it’s a natrual product that suppresses hunger. Just google ‘hoodia’ and you’ll find alot of sites selling it in the form of pills, drinks and even lollipops! x
