  1. Maybe you could consider having a goal of decreasing your exercise heart rate recovery time rather than trying to see your resting heart rate decreased. Measure your pulse during exercise and then 1 minute after you stop.

  2. Your body is looking better…I am sure you will get to your goal in 2010 ๐Ÿ™‚ Good Luck although with your intended plan it doesnt seem like you will need luck

  3. i love that u are not perfect; that u are up & down with ur weight. that u’re a raw foodist for awhile & then eating pizza & drinking beer. i love that you say things like it could take you all of 2010 to lose the last 15. i love it b/c i think that’s most of us. i admire those people who manage to lose 50 lbs str8 w/o any ups & downs… but i admire and respect the people who struggle with this BUT STICK WITH IT ANYWAY even more because these ppl KEEP me inspired! Thank you!

  5. Great to see Allison on the intro,it will be great to have a weight loss surgery person on the crew.Really looking forward to 2010 as I had my surgery in September and I am over 100lbs down and had a very successful Christmas.Next step EXCERISE!!!!!!

  6. Your videos (yes I went back and watched them all) have been so inspirational to me! I actually have a goal BEFORE the new year and that is to make my very first video so that I can track my weightloss and use this to help hold myself accountable. 2010 is going to my year….and I have you and others to thank for helping me get motivated :o)
