I’m 10 stone (about 145 pounds) and 6’0ft and 17 years old. I play rugby but feel too small and weak to compete at the level i want to be at. I eat a lot of pasta and meat and i’m planning to hit the gym 4 times a week so i was wondering what weight gainer supplement is best for around £50 a month because I have no idea what’s good and what’s not
