What are good supplements to take during and before lifting?

Right now I take BSN Syntha 6 at breakfast and postworkout, and BSN Cellmass preworkout and postworkout. What are some good supplements to take before and during a workout? I like BSN products so if you can suggest any by BSN, I’d prefer them, but I am open to all(legal) products.

  1. those are both good. it sounds like you’re doing it right. everyone’s body reacts to different products differently so you have to experiment. it also depends what you’re trying to do. ie burn fat or build mass.
