I’m on week 11 of vince’s program, and have definitely made some very good improvements, especially on my shoulders and chest.
if i had followed his diet plans more precisely would of made even better improvements!

i dont think that really does anything other than make your creatine run out quicker, forcing you to spend more money. i would just take it after your workouts
its not how muc you do its how effectively you rest after what you do.this avoids overtraining.
Whatever you do obviously works an I love it all but can you explain your breathing technique? It pritty well goes against anything i’ve been taught? U would think that holding your breath on concentric would cause your blood pressure to sky rocket??

he`s mixing biceps work with shoulder excersices, he`s not including tryceps issolation, not even making a complete routine, is not pushing hard enough to make the muscle pump, not bad… but not good too
