What is a supplement or supplements i can take to gain alot of muscle, but no fat?

I am trying to gain alot of muscle. I work out 3-5 times a week. I do NOT want to take something that will pack on fat though. any suggestions?

  1. If you are working out a lot, then you have to up your protein intake. About 1.5 grams for every lb of body weight. This is a must no matter which supplement you try to take.
