Hey whats up man
Sufficient consumption of calories is not enough. You got to consume quality calories and proteins as well. Got to plan your diet properly.
Firstly, you’ll have to take more than your usual meals. Take 5-6 meals in a day. Try to take more of eggs, milk, salmon, chicken breast, lean beef. All these food are high in protein and can really help you put on muscle mass. Remember to keep off sugar since you are taking that many meals a day. You wouldn’t want to put on fats.
Are you confident that your routine promotes growth? Your muscle building routine itself plays a big role in muscle growth. Since you are lifting and exercising just as much as you always have, your muscles might have adapted to your routine. Change your repetitions and sets often. Do not allow your body to adapt to a standard workout. Lift 5 heavy reps for some days and 10 reps of lighter sets on some days. This will prevent your muscle from adapting to your standard workout.
