How do I cut fat without loosing muscle mass?
Iv been a lifter for a couple years now and have put on about 30 pounds in solid muscle mass since then. I want to start cutting fat now but have heard that lots of cardio and long running will actually eat away at my hard earned muscle. How can I burn some fat without sacrificing muscle tissue?
Im 5’10 190 pounds. 16% body fat

just keep up your resistance training and you’ll be ok.
Cut out sugar and salt.
I didn’t think that one had anything to do with the other.
