should i take supplements while doing plyometrics?

i want to know if plyometrics will give me muscle tone or bulkiness (which I want) without supplements and if supplements will make a difference.

    supplements are only good if you are missing something in your diet, most supps on the market are hype and nothing more.

    Protein may be the only sup you may need depending on your diet

    you need 2 grams of protein per day per kg of bodyweight for a strength training adolescent (1.2 – 1.6 grams if your an adult)

    to gain bulk you need to be doing exercise with weights

    For Mass Gain

    60-80% 1RM
    6-20 reps
    1-5 sets
    Very slow to medium speed
    1-2 minutes rest between sets
