Anyways, 10-15 is possible if you are just starting with a weightgain/workout regiment. As stated there, that will decrease exponentially. Expect about 2-5lbs per month after about 6-9 mos. and always remember to eat QUALITY foods until you feel like puking at all times. It is slow going if you do it legally and you will never be 350 lbs of solid mass legally but you also won’t look like a freak.

It is best to get fat first by eating like a pig. I know that sounds crude but it is true. Take that fat body to the gym and work out with aerobic and anaerobic methods until you have the body shape you want. Maintain from there. You will see gains, but declining over time at a constant until you reach your genetic peak. You will look and feel like superman at that point so don’t worry about it anymore. Drugs are bad, mmmkay?
Don’t compare yourself to other dudes in the gym. They are them, you are you. Nuff said.
