How effective is creatine and all these other supplements?

I’ve been going to the weight room for the past 2 months and just wondering how effective are these supplements. How much do they increase your results by? I feel that I’ve made some significant gains without them and want to know if its worth the extra change and effort getting a supplement. I eat more than enough protein as it is. Thanks.

  1. I used it during high school. I increased my bench max by a lot. But I went off of it after a few months. Its kind of a hassle.
