A healthy way would be not taking any of that supplement stuff because most of that stuff just causes more stress on the body. Try to eat more protein and meats, such as chicken, steak and even peanut butter has a lot of protein. Besides just eating, lifting in the correct way will also help you gain muscle and weight. You will have to do near 6 -8 reps and lift heavier than normal to get bigger and gain muscle. Try doing 3-4 different exercises for that muscle, and do 3 sets for each exercise. Try this web site out, it will give you more tips on how to get bigger and gain muscle and also has a complete work out routine. check it out, GOOD LUCK to you
