love this video sounds like your thoughts are with the intuitive eating book have you read that? im trying to follow the basic principals of that book so far im doing great I dont weigh myself but im feeling more energized i guess getting off of the carb high really helps lol…you look fav dear…and good for you on ur cleaning too its great exercise 🙂

Im the same way, its hard but i do enjoy sweets in a small amount . Btw, the more your body can utilize of a food the better. Thats why fibre is so important in weight loss( for me at least) high fibre foods with some protein keeps me feeling satisfied!
I agree. I used to think, I have to eat salad, I can only eat salad, and I don’t even like salad! uck. I am now trying to figure out what I really do like, and eating one portion of it, and move onto the next meal. Great advice!!

Hi, thnx for the tips. I can soo relate to obcessive thinking – it sucks! Do you periodically change your exercise activities to challenge your body? Do you at least eat every 2-3hr or just when you feel hungry?

u got the right idea, ive eaten everything i love everyday but just in proportion and ive lost over 50lbs in 5 months, thats the biggest key to weight loss EAT FOOD U LOVE – dont torture yourself with a load of crap u hate
I prayed 4 the “obsession 2 B lifted” as I did the other footwork. Whether it was when I was binging or trying 2 weigh & measure every morsal, I was still obsessing! I don’t do that anymore & I do the same as U w/ when, what, & how much I eat. It varies day to day. It seems to be working…..lost 30lbs since Feb. The exercise becomes the relaxation…..I LOVE THE WATER. Can’t wait until I have a pool on my property! I’ll live in it & sleep on one of those flotation things….haha.
I agree with you. My thought is that the key to WL is not nessesarily WHAT you eat, but more HOW MUCH you eat. I’ve lost nearly 50lbs just eating what I like but in controlled portions. And of course, exercise. I swim, and that’s what I enjoy. And because I enjoy it, I have stuck with it. So that’s my plan and it’s what works for me. Great vid, thanks for pointing these things out.
If I ate what I loved and like it would be candy, donuts, cookies… so I can’t do that. I am a sugarholic. I am on Nutrisystem since the end of March (so 3 months I have lost 30 lbs). I like it because I don’t have to think about it. To stop eatting NS food is the hard part. Do you eat 5 times a day or just when your body says to? I need to work in exercise for sure. I don’t run either. I wish I had a pool though! Love swimming… Disney vacation is the only time I get in a pool!
