How long does it take a body builder to lose muscle mass and strength?
I have been weight lifting for almost 2 years now and am wondering how long of a break I can take before I would begin to lose strength and mass? I am asking this question because school is coming to and end and finals are consuming my life. I know that it takes much longer to gain muscle than it does to lose it but if anyone can speak from personal experience I would appreciate it.

Muscular Size: Muscles will shrink after 4-12 weeks off.
