How to cut down without losing muscle mass?
Hello, im looking to be more ripped by the end of summer with mass.
Im thinking 1 month of muscle building then 1 month of cutting down?
how would i cut down without losign any muscle tissue?
How many pounds should i lose a week?
and im not a lazy ass, i will run.
I do take whey protein 44g a day
and i already work out and do cardio religiously.
