How come whenever i stop working out, i lose muscle mass quick?
i notice everytime i work out and i drink protein, i build muscle mass quick and my arms get bigger. but when i stop working out i lose muscle mass quick…i thought the muscle mass was suppose to stay with you forever or at least a long time when u stop working out cause the protein builds new muscle…but whenever i stop working out i get smaller.

are you still eating as you should? even if your not working out you are still to eat your weight in protein and keeping you with your carbs
