Psychologists estimate that we think about 60,000 thoughts a day and the majority of the thoughts we today, are the same we had yesterday. Most of the thoughts we have are not positive but negative. And that is really a big problem, if you want to lose weight. When you are constantly thinking negative thoughts, then no diet plan or exercise program will help you out.

In a year you could have millions of negative thoughts, that all affect your subconscious mind. If something in deeply rooted in your subconscious, then getting it out is very very hard to do. That is why positive thinking is so important, although for some people it may seem stupid and silly. But this does work very well and can make a very big difference. Of course you can’t get rid of all the negative thoughts right away, it all takes time and hard work.
