  3. I just started calorie counting so Im not sure about the result yet. I cant be strict with my food as working days I have to eat out all 3 meals. But its also hard to measure food portion so I have to estimate amount of calories (I try to raise the numbers higher that usual). I think the only downside of counting calories is the result maybe comes out slower than other method.I also add exercises with my plan 4-5 days/week. Finger Cross I hope this way works for me- Time will tell

  6. I like what you had to say about the ‘volumizing’ that JC taught you. I do that too. BUT what I don’t agree with is the just counting calories.. nutrition is very important. A calorie is not a calorie in the body. They metabolize differently and at different rates, so weightloss is affected by what kind of calorie you eat. Too much fat, or carbs, will slow down weightloss. This is from personal experience. Plus I feel better when I eat “cleaner”. 1 x a month treat is ok not much more than that

  7. Great video! I agree with you about calorie counting. I used to do that last year, and lost weight and it was great! I loved it.

    But then trouble came. I began to overeat – and lost my track on calorie counting, cause I was eating all this crap – and too much of it.
    Now I have been putting on weight for 6 months, because I lost it completely. I’m trying to count my calories again in the nearest future.

I’m on calorie counting too and I think it’s awesome… and by balancing your meals and planning ahead you can even treat urself every once in a while! for example yesterday i made some muffins… they were really good and……. only 120cals each! great way to start your day with something good, healthy and tasty…. these are the tricks that keep me going and make me enjoy weightloss!
