I’m 5’11 and weigh 158, I have been working out sinceseptember of 08, and when i started doing these 3 days a week, I swear to god I seen results in 2 weeks.

Currently using P90x , only have to workout abs at the end of your main exercise . 3 days out of 7.
I heard you should exercise 5 out of 7 days, and its best to exercise 8 hours before sleep.

i actually do this workout..trust me you can feel the burn , but the thing is that if ya have a beer gut (like im tryin to get rid of..lol)..this work out works out the muscles and tones ya up but you still need to do some kind of running or cardio to help shed the fat, .. because the muscle is under the fat and you have to loose the fat for the muscle to show..
