How To Make Deep Fried Pickles

No one was more surprised than I to learn the mouth-watering taste of a perfectly deep fried pickle! Pickles – Good. Deep Fried Food – Good. Deep Fried Pickles – HEAVEN!! I would personally like to thank the person who was so bored as to experiment and come plan this excellent concoction!

The coating for this is got some kick to it, although it could be toned up or down according to taste. I have tried many iterations of this recipe and here is the one I prefer. Also, I’ve included the recipe for an awesome dipping sauce!

Deep-fried Pickles

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

1 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup flour

1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/4 teaspoon all season spice

1/4 teaspoon red pepper cayenne

10 Hamburger Chip pickles

1. Combine milk and egg in one bowl. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and all seasonings in a different bowl. Now using a third bowl, put in your flour.

2. Coat each pickle chip in the flour first, remove excess flour.

3. Dip each floured pickle in to the egg mixture followed by the bread crumb mixture.

Put on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around Twenty or so minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
