The best way to burn fat is to build muscle by lifting weights, and combine that with cardio – it’s called circuit training and you should check it out.
You cannot turn fat into muscle as they are two different types of tissue.
The only way to build muscle is to lift weights.

You say that the beach, running, and music will hopefully change your earlier needs for sugar. They may, but I’m not sure that will happen simply because things are usually a lot more complicated than they seem, and you are trying to deal with an unconscious behavior at a conscious level.
In NLP we have techniques for asking the client’s unconscious mind to assume the responsibility for making them substitute new, more consciously acceptable behaviors in place of the negative behaviors.

After watching all of the videos, I realized I eat from boredom, such as sitting behind the computer; but came accross this video and realized I’m a compulsive eater. Even though I’m actually quite athletic and thin, I have realized that I need to train my mind to eat healthier, instead of sugary foods. I eat a large amount of sugar every day, but will change that! The beach, running, and music will hopefully change my earlier needs for sugar! Thanks!

This series was excellent. Again, thank you so much for sharing. It’s chock-full of very useful information and it’s not a scam like those crazy diets that are like “HEY THIS DIET IS MAGICAL!! YOU’LL LOSE 100 LBS. IN ONE WEEK!!!” Nope, yours is more logical and not grossly exaggerated.
There’s something about you that’s very catching, maybe because you’re so relaxed in all of the videos. I really really liked it ^_^
