During the day, your skin is damaged by all kinds of pollutants like dust, cosmetics and computer radiation, etc. Your skin can only absorb nutrients properly only if it is thoroughly cleansed. If you need further relaxation for your skin, you can use essential oil to help. Add a few drops of essential oil to hot water and mix well. Then let the hot water steam to steam your face.
