Steer clear of high fat foods such as roast pork and beef, avocados, chicken skin and many others. If you are eating outside, ask for the leaner cut of meat instead or ask for the chicken skin to be removed. If you cook your own food, choose boiled, steamed or poached foods instead of deep fried.

There is no better way to flatten that tummy of yours than to eat more fibrous foods such as vegetables, fruits and whole wheat products. These fiber-rich food when in our digestive tract acts as sweeps to clean our tract.

Flat Tummy Diet #4: High Protein for the Win

Eating more protein than fat and carbohydrates makes you feel full longer. Also, if you exercise, you quickly replace fat with muscle which is better. So the next time you go shopping, be sure to include beans, fish, skinless chicken and lean meat in your grocery list.

To make the long story short, you must include cardiovascular exercise, along with a flat tummy diet to not only flatten your abdomen. You also lose weight fast!
