Our eyes are the most precious and sensitive organs of our bodies, that’s why they require special care, but if we treat them with negligence, it’s only us who are going to suffer the consequences. And sight reduction is one of the unwanted consequences but unfortunately it’s an inevitable fate for many people especially the ones who wear glasses and expose their eyes to constant stress.
