Our eyes are the most precious and sensitive organs of our bodies, that’s why they require special care, but if we treat them with negligence, it’s only us who are going to suffer the consequences. Before starting this exercise, take a deep breath then lean forward then rest your elbows on the top of a desk or any elevated surface (if you’re sitting on the floor place your elbows on your lap). After doing so, cover your eyes with your palm cups; put your hands heels on your cheekbones and your fingers on your forehead. Stay still for a while then open your eyes.
– Figure Of Eight: this eyesight improving exercise is done by imagining an eight figure on the wall. Imagine yourself leaning it on its side. Using your eyes, start tracing the 8 figure clockwise and after a while switch to counterclockwise.

– Zooming: this is a great improve vision exercise which can be done easily. All what you have to do is to stretch your arm and thumb up. Focus your sight on your thumb and bring it closer to you while focusing on it. Keep on focusing while re-stretching your arm.
