We tend to forget the great gains we have and lose focus on our dieting success. It is easy to fall back into bad eating habits if we don’t stay focused on being healthy day by day We usually stop cooking healthy meals and eat on the go so much that we don’t notice we are slipping backwards.

One if the most important part of our maintenance or our weight is to continue on an exercise program. With exercising you can still burn off unwanted calories on a daily basis, even when you not eating as good as you should. Keeping a good time for exercise and enjoying it may well depend on finding a friend or getting you spouse involved with you.

While you exercise with someone it is a good time to discuss issues and concerns that are going on in your life. I find that exercising is a great time to share concerns and feeling with your partner or friend. Having an exercise partner to vent your feeling is a great benefit to exercising with someone. It always helps to share things with others who care and can be really beneficial to our mental health. be sure to share with someone, it benefits both or you. It is a mutual benefiting thing for you both.

When you have gained three pounds you can regroup and adjust you eating and exercising.
