Exercise When Weight Loss Dieting Isn’t Really Enough

Everyone knows that it’s quite possible to lose weight and get shot of excessive amounts of fats thru diet alone. Weight loss is complicated but not impossible by following a diet but the difficulty is that weight loss is more difficult than just not eating, or just eating the correct foods.

Whilst it is true that we are what we eat, shedding excessive inches and being able to successfully lose weight is more than only eating correct foods. Weightloss is equally as much about getting rid of calories as it is about restricting the the number of calories that we eat. There is a fundamentally basic equation that weight loss is the difference between calories consumed and calories burnt.

If you are not doing any exercise then the only way to lose weight is to control your diet. So exercise adds a brand new dimension to your weight loss. When thinking about your chosen diet to an exercise program the best weight loss results are achieved when the 2 disciplines work together rather than separately. Your exercise routines are used to burn extra calories whilst at the same time your diet is used to provide your body with the proper protiens and fuel.

Weight control and losing inches aren’t the same thing. Exercise will work your muscles which in its turn will burn up the fat, but muscle weighs more than fat and occupies less space in your body. So when you begin exercising you may notice your fat starting to vanish, but your weight stay the same. This is only a short term issue as before long you’ll also begin to lose weight.

When you blend exercise and a diet you can create fantastic weight reduction results and lose weight in a way that is better than just dieting or simply exercising. Whether you are looking to know how to get skinny thighs, a thinner waist or a smaller stomach, the main thing to bear in mind is that you must work at both your diet and your exercise if you want to seriously lose weight. By including exercise as part of your diet you are enabling your body to burn any extra calories that you will have consumed in the daytime. One of the side advantages of exercise is if you waiver from your diet then you can make up for it by doing a bit more exercise and burning the excess calories.

The bottom line is that you’re going to only lose weight if your body burns more calories than you consume. So whatever diet you you sign up for to lose weight, it’s going to be that much improved if you include exercise in some specific way. Exercise doesn’t just mean the formal classes, it can include playing golf, walking, dancing, any sport or energetic house work. Try dancing up the stairs house as you clean.
