When you have no control over your personal boundaries, you allow people to push you around and simply accept your demands. Basically they get to control you. They get their way with you. And although you don’t feel okay with it, you still allow it. That’s having low self esteem.

And the last one, in relation to not being able to accept who you are, you also end up not having any friends. You do not have enough courage and confidence to face other people. You can’t seem to go out with them and interact. If you do get into a social activity, you feel very uncomfortable.
