What To Eat If You Want A Six Pack

You’ve been working out for a few weeks and you are sticking to your objective of getting a six pack as soon as possible. You are working diligently but the results aren’t as good as you had hoped they would be.

If you’d like speedy long lasting results to your six pack then you are going to also want to modify your diet. Don’t be concerned, it doesn’t need to be a huge lifestyle change but instead just some changes.

Here are the best foods to eat for a flatter stomach and a fast six pack:

Whey Protein – Whey is a digestible source of protein that can be consumed post workout or as a mid day snack. Whey can be mixed into smoothies for a good breakfast, post workout drink or mid day snack. Ensure you do not buy the concentrate protein powder though as it is much less effective.

Healthy fat – Sounds a bit like a joke, right? You wish to get rid of fat not eat more of it. But study after study has suggested that folk whose diets are loaded in ‘healthy ‘ fats are healthier.

We’re talking about fish, nuts and seeds, and tropical oils like coconut, palm and olive oil. These foods contain omega trans-acids which are excellent for reducing swelling and improving your body’s functions.

Here are one or two other healthy, flat gut, foods to keep on hand:

* Eggs – a great source of protein and at the forefront of any quality six pack diet plan

* Salsa – a fast method to jazz up a number of meals and a portion of veggies

* Fresh nuts and peanut butter – healthy fats and rich in protein

* Veg, – can’t get enough of em. They fill you up, provide tons of necessary vitamins and are just plain good for you

* Vinegar and oil salad dressing – to dress those salads if you are someone who thinks greens taste boring. Don’t buy it though, make your own so you get the exact taste you want. Simply mix balsamic vinigers with olive oil

* Beef steak is packed in nutrients and low fat.

Having a great looking six pack is about far more than looking great. It’s about improving your core muscles so your posture improves and in turn your general strength and athleticism considerably improves.

Your six pack will come considerably quicker if you make the advised changes to your diet and by doing this your overall health and fitness will go through the roof so what are you waiting for?
