Dilute 1 part water and one part apple cider vinegar and use it like you would use an astringent. After applying it onto your face and other affected areas like neck or chest, wait for your skin to keep dry and then add some moisturizer afterwards. That way, your skin will not dry out even more.

You know how your skin reacts to certain chemicals, so be sure that you can take this toner. A sensitive skin may get irritated and may just make things worse than ever before. Do not use it in full strength without diluting with water as it can burn your skin.
