There are just some days when no matter how much I want to go out for a brisk walk, I can’t because of the weather. I live in New England, and though we have wonderful springs and summers and a magnificent fall, winters are very bitter and sometimes brutal. During the winter months, there are some days that we can’t even go out. So rather than forego my walking and my exercise, I decided to buy an elliptical trainer.
