A beard is something that can look fantastic on a man provided of course, that he knows how to look after it. But a beard that is not groomed properly can often look awful on a man. But when it comes to growing facial hair such as a beard or moustache, I feel that a licence is something that you should have to apply for before you can get permission to do so. There are some beards which just look ugly.
