cockroach pest control and extermination

I could tell something seemed to be wrong the minute I slipped in one of my own feet into my shoe. I heard or sensed a bashing sound and seemed something moving frantically inside. Oh, oh it is surely weird as I sensed that sickening gap going on within my stomach. I instantly removed my feet and out scampered a cockroach, creeping in full speed to escape me. Although I’m aghast, I was able to draw myself and heap my footwear in the tiny critter. The very poor bugger was smashed as if it underwent a bulldozer.
