Driving on the highways in my home town in Bellevue WA, car accidents on the side of the road are a normal occurrence. What most people do not know is how hard a car accident can be on the body. Listen to this quote from the Journal of Clinical Epidemiology from 2001, “Whiplash injuries not only increase the incidence of chronic neck and shoulder pain, it also significantly increases the incidence of other systemic ill health effects. In other words,whiplash injuries cause more than neck pain and headache, it hurts the health of the entire body.”
