As a staff, one important thing I found and enjoyed is finding new ways to connect the infrastructures of the church together to make it work as one. Communicating with the same message and doing handshake is what makes me feel better as a staff. Whats good about it is that the small groups are extending to communicate with the youths and the children in the ministries. Understanding the plans of the senior pastor and the upper management of the church makes it good for everyone to hear. Everyone should be moving in the same direction for a better feeling. The DNA of the church should surround the DNA of the church uniting the infrastructures.
The concept and message on where the church is leading should be the same to all people attending the church.
Talks done outside the staff meetings should be well communicated to know where in the church and its many activities you claim to have the same understanding. You need to take the same steps to have the same direction. What is needed in the infrastructure to allow people to work together with the volunteers.
