Acne Treatments That Contain chemicals
It’s not too often that people talk about acne treatments that suck. Most people on youtube are talking about the latest and greatest acne cream or face wash to clear up acne. I suffered from acne for over 5 years and never got any results from any of the so called latest and greatest acne treatment products. I tried many of the top name brand products, moisturizers and even some remedies but nothing worked!
This was very frustrating to me because I had acne and it was a daily thing that I wanted to get rid of. This really frustrated me and gave me the determination to begin to research further and discover that I really could cure my acne naturally from home despite what dermatologists and doctors say. Getting the proper amount of nutrition in your diet is very important to keep your skin clear and healthy.
I discovered that if I wanted to get my skin clear and healthy again that I should focus on my health and diet. This is what gives my body nutrition and things that are vital to clear healthy acne free skin like enzymes, minerals, vitamins and proteins. This is what I need to work on so that my skin has what it needs to be healthy.
One thing that I tried that absolutely sucked and actually made my skin worse was benzoyl peroxide. Everyone is raving about benzoyl peroxide when it’s actually not that great, it dried my skin out and made it red at the same time when before it was neither. I got off it and my skin looked healthier and better, so I recommend staying away from this all together and using something more natural like aloe or tea tree oil. I also tried proactiv which contains benzoyl peroxide and that did the same thing for me too, my skin dried out and turned red because of the benzoyl peroxide.
