We need to just open our minds to accept new ideas. Successful people know this and are always searching for new ways. Big success calls for persons who continually set higher standards for themselves and others, person’s searching for ways to increase efficiency, to do more with less effort.

The ones that try harder and keep telling themselves that they can succeed or I can do better are the ones that see a change in their lives. If we keep our minds set that we can do anything then we will get it done. If we decide to climb a mountain, then we can do that.

The bigger the person, the more apt he is to encourage you to talk, the smaller person, the more apt he is to preach to you. Your ears are your intake valves. They feed your mind raw materials which can be converted into creative power.

Share your ideas and thoughts but always be willing to listen and ask questions from your mentors. They are always willing to teach you ways that helped them become successful people. When you have leaned and mastered these practices over and over and feel confident then you will be able to share with others.

Ideas require special handling from the time they are born until they are transformed into better ways for doing things. Every day lots of good ideas are born only to die quickly because they aren`t nailed to paper. Carry a notebook or some small cards with you, write things down when useful to you.
