Many women have to face the trouble of wrinkles. Unlike pimples, wrinkles once formed, are really difficult to have them reduced, but you can only see them being deeper and deeper when time goes. With sufficient intake of protein and antioxidant by eating milk, soybean, fish, carrots, grapes, red wine, etc, can help fight aging of cells and keep them growing.
