Would it hurt to take more than one dietary supplement?

I am taking some Acai dietary supplements with Hoodia. But I want to drink my dietary supplement tea as well. Does it hurt to take more than one? Especially if they are all natural? And yes, I am eating healthy and exercising. I just don’t want to hurt myself if its not good to do that.

    Natural dietary supplements such as a multivitamin and individual vitamins and minerals can be taken together as long as you take no more than the recommended amounts.

  2. Taking even one dietary supplement is unhealthy. It doesn’t matter if its natural or whatever. I would be even more affraid of the natural ones, "natural" dietary supplements where other wise known as… parasites.
