Why Does the Megan Fox Diet Irritate Doctors?

Everyone knows Megan Fox for her role in Transformers and of course, her smokin’ hot body. Apparently, she’s even been told to gain weight in order to obtain certain roles. However, her biggest critic is not the film audience or casting directors.

Doctors are concerned about the Megan Fox diet and they are speaking out!

There are a few reasons why doctors do not care for the Megan Fox diet. For one, and this is a valid reason, too many people may hear about the Megan Fox diet and think that they can lose weight simply by consuming apple cider vinegar mixed with water (needs to be diluted!).

The Megan Fox diet will likely attract the quick fix crowd as do most celebrity diet trends. On one hand, apple cider vinegar has been used for ages to promote weight loss and better health, but following a good weight loss diet that’s nutritious is also important. So, doctors are not entirely wrong.

Even though apple cider vinegar is loaded with health benefits, you still have to follow a decent meal plan and live an active life.

However, the other reason the Megan Fox diet has doctors in a frenzy is because it is largely based on the phytochemical content of apple cider vinegar, and quite simply, scientists are merely beginning to uncover all the benefits of phytochemicals.

Though I agree with the doctors in the above light, I do not agree with their other reasons for criticizing the Megan Fox diet. Apple cider vinegar is loaded in phytochemicals, which are still in their infancy in terms of scientific studies. The health claims of apple cider vinegar are massive, yet doctors have yet to endorse this because of the lack of proven scientific studies.

Unfortunately, this argument about whether phytochemicals in the Megan Fox diet help you lose weight is really a moot point. The fact is, phytochemicals from plants have benefited humans for a long time. I don’t need a doctor to tell me that it’s a proven fact that these gifts from Mother Nature are valid.

Just because we didn’t know they were there and had yet to study this group of phytochemicals, you can’t say they didn’t benefit us. Sure, you have to do more than drink apple cider vinegar while following the Megan Fox diet, but let’s not take away from the massive health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

Used for decades and decades, apple cider vinegar does have properties that make it a pretty healthy supplement to a decent diet and exercise plan. Using apple cider vinegar in the Megan Fox diet will allow you to feel full on less. You will also notice an increase in vitality and energy levels.

You can count on an increase in your ability to burn fat. Some who have suffered from gas, bloating and heartburn have noticed a decrease or absence of these symptoms after beginning an apple cider vinegar regimen.

Blood sugar spikes following meals can mean excessive abdominal fat weight gain. Apple cider vinegar can reduce blood sugar levels, which reduces your chances of gaining abdominal fat. The Megan Fox diet may help you reduce sugar cravings as well.
