Healthy Lunch Ideas for lazy people

Yes, it’s true I am one lazy girl!

I am to laid back to physical exercise daily or even 2 times per week like I need to. I am also lazy to scrub my home and I am so lazy i actually didn’t complete my school diploma.

However I have made the decision that I am ready to begin eat much more healthy. I am ready to begin a diet plan! If I’ll l get rid of the five lbs every thing else will probably be okay – correct? well, most likely not! But anyhow I made 1 excellent choice today and I am planning to stick to it.

So, as I mentioned I’m very lazy and this isn’t going to change in the near future, and although I decided get started with maintaining a healthy diet I am not saying I will get out of bed very early and make me a healthy lunch from one of those healthy lunch recipes i got from my mom. Therefore I put together a list of few healthy lunch recipes for everyone who are very lazy as I am.

1. Visit a cafe and purchase some greens. Yes, it’s an alternative. you do not get the hamburger. Salad is good, tasty and I swear that getting a salad is really as simple as getting a doughnut.

2. Visit Whole-foods and make your own salad from their salad bar. just like the first one it really is simple, and when whole-foods seem to be just a little far, than I assume that walking there can easily be a workout! two things in one time that’s great.

3. Buy a soup for lunch. If you need less fattening soup you must select a soup that made with more organics and significantly less and also no chess, bread or croutons.

Alright, I get it… visiting somewhere to eat seem like a big effort for you. So if you’re truly in a very lazy mode and you’re simply not prepared to leave your own home here are a few of my own healthy lunch suggestions when placing your order of food.

1. When you order your sandwich at subway please pick the normal size whole wheat bread, no more than one slice of cheese and tell the guy to go easy on the mayo…

2. When ordering a pizza make sure to order the thin crust, not too much cheese and pepperoni and make sure to give some slices to your friends – DO NOT eat the all pizza by yourself

3. No sugar cereal can be a lunch idea, but it’s hard for me to say it will make you full and it is probably not a good idea to do this on a regular basis.

Okay, you guys I hope you not going to take this too seriously. The best recommendation I can give you: don’t stay lazy! It’s actually fun to do stuff and it will make you feel much better – I promise!

However, if you are caught on this laid back mode, than I really hope this listing was useful and if not you could look on the internet for web sites that get ideas for tasty and wholesome meals.
