Ultrasound technicians use high-frequency sound waves for taking pictures of inside of the body. Since getting blood to muscles is obviously the key factor in building more muscle mass after and during weight lifting, could an individual having anemia have a harder time gaining muscle mass? Not sure if it is relevant, but I thought I’d ask 🙂 Powered by Yahoo! Answers
I just managed to borrow some weights from a friend, currently the single dumbells are at 5kg each, but they are changeable. How long before I see some difference in muscle mass, lifting bout half hour a day? I am an 18 yr old female. Powered by Yahoo! Answers
So I’m a male, 5’7" and about 185 lbs. I’m not exactly obese, but I’m definitely on the chubbier side of the spectrum. I’ve always wanted to get large muscles so my question is, if I lift weights and stuff to develop muscle, will my body fat slowly melt off due to the increase in…
Hi, I want to lose fat while maintaining muscle mass. Would 100% Whey Protein (ON) and L-Carnitine be a good and realistic combination to reach this goal? I have been taking serious mass for a while (I bought a concrete sack on the stuff lol), but have recently stopped as im going for a cut.
I personally quite liked the serious mass. I’ve seen some decent gains since I started to use it, and to be honest I haven’t really put on any extra fat (Im a hardgainer with a very fast metabolism so im lucky). I also noticed my recovery period was quite a bit shorter than with other supplements I have taken in the past.
I would recommend, but remember when taking things like this which carry over 1600 calories in a shake with milk, you have to keep the hard work up, or you will start to put on that extra fat!
As for energy boost, I take nitrix (a N2O supplement which i swear by). When taking nitrix after a few weeks, im sure most people (who have taken it) will agree that your strength and the amount of time you can train at the gym is improved. Be careful though, it carries a hefty price tag!
Best of luck on your weight gain!
if you,re already eating properly and not overexercising, you don,t need a supplement.
