  1. You can do it both:before and after your workout.

    rest in between workouts

within 30 minutes before or after workout.

First 5 days may be too much if you’re not an advanced builder. I’m guessing you may not be since you’re asking about protein. It’s all good though.

Give your body time to rest. I have had a lot of people tell me they felt bigger after taking a vacation or a few days off or whatever. Know why? RECOVERY. Huge issue for people who try to rush building.

Try to take 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean muscle. You will need to know you body fat percentage for this. Most gyms and even some scales at walmart or target can do this. You need to be taking protein, but don’t neglect the carbs.

Try to find a pre-, intra-, and post workout supplement to go along with your protein. Stack your proteins also (take two or more together). This will provide better results.

Your workouts need to be vigorous. If you’re breezing through it don’t expect to get the results you want. Good Luck.

AFTER, because you need nutrients to rebuild and recover.
But if you trying to gain weight you can also drink before.
After workout is more important then before.

You should not be using any other supplements, except vitamins and minerals. Everything else is BS for making money for those who produce it.

  6. If you eat properly and exercise correctly, you DON’T need that crap.
Your muscles will grow faster if you work out every other day or work out the upper body one day and alternately work the lower body the next day. Muscles need a rest period to allow them to grow. Exercising the same muscles every day or 2 or more days in a row, breaks them down because they do not have enough time to recover and grow.
