What’s a good pre workout supplement for a 14 yr old?

Also, what’s a good POST workout supplement. And if you give me the "Supplements are unhealthy for your age" lecture, at least give me a good whole food to eat before and after. Thanks in advance…

    at your age you should just eat alot of meat cuz u wont get that buff to be messin with creatine or anything like that just yet. just lots of chicken, steak, eggs, all that, and take vitamins too

    Me i recommend not eating starchy foods and get some greens in an hour before you work out. if you have a weight room class don’t eat french fries at lunch from what i herd a chocolate milk is also good for after your workout
