What supplement(s) can I use to increase muscle mass?

Are there any supplements, bars, drinks, etc that I can use for after my works outs? I work out 3-4 times a week (heavy lifting) and I don’t want to lose my muscle mass. I also want something that will increase my endurance during workouts and help my muscles recover quicker. Do you have any suggestions?

I tried Muscle Milk and it was a joke ( in my opinion). Can you please help me? Thank you!

  1. Here’s some good stacking supplements that I have tried that work.
    Take Muscle-Tech Cell-tech hardcore, Anabolic Halo, Nano Vapor, and Nitro-Tech(protein) This stack is amazing if you can afford it.
    Next is Dymatize X-pand energized(powder form) and Dymatize X-pand(powder form) And take Dymatize protein powder. This works really well and it’s cost effective.
