What supplement is the best to gain weight?

I am very active and am committing to a new weight lifting regiment. Need to know which type or brand of supplement will give me the quickest yield of weight gain. I also have a very high metabolism, and eat plenty of protein. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Consult the doc before taking any.

    Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

    Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

    U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

  3. Go to the health food store or look around online and you can find a lot of them, as well as reviews for them. It all depends, but try to find one that has the least fat or bad stuff for you.

    The one that makes you gain weight the quickest will most likely not be that healthy for you….

  5. Proper Nutrition…..a supplement is called a supplement because its supposed to help a proper diet…its not a be all end all solution and never will be
    If you’re looking to put on quality weight though do a search on "the anabolic diet" and "t-dawg2.0" for anabollic(muscle building) diets that work
