What is the fastest most effective way to gain muscle mass?

i’m a junior in highschool and looking forward to getting back into wrestling this year, last time i did i was about 215 with 25%+ body fat, now i’m around 185 and no clue what my body fat is. i’m 5"11", and a large build. any one have recomendations on what i can do to gain more muscle mass before the winter? i’m willing to work out as much as it takes

  2. I gained 10+ pounds pure muscle with simple 20 pound dumbbells. It’s not really that hard.
