what is the difference between pure creatine supplements and pre workout supplements like N.O. Explode?

I know N.O. Explode has creatine in it but i’ve heard the two were very different. What exactly does creatine supplements do and what exactly do things like N.O. and Superpump do?

  1. NO-Xplode and Superpump 250 are both nitric oxide supplements. Have you heard of the term vasodilation? It’s a fancy word for getting blood into the bloodstream. Theory is that if you have more blood in your bloodstream you will have better pumps at the gym, thus lifting heavier weights, and therefore gaining more mass quicker.

Creatine is different. You not only cycle it, but it’s very different in how it works. Creatine holds water in the muscle which essentially does the same thing, makes the muscle fuller, and gives you better pumps.

Now I’ve tried both NO-Xplode and Superpump 250, and personally, Superpump 250 gives me less jitters than NO-Xplode. I’m sure it’s all the caffeine in it that does the trick.

  2. n.o. products like superpump and n.o. xplode will force the creation on nitric oxide within your body, it will give you better vasolidation ( make ur veins bigger) so that your body can transport more blood and nutrients to your muscles, thats why you get amazing pumps with n.o. products. most of the good n.o supps have creatine in them as well so that your muscles wont run out of juice. n.o. products make you a bit stronger when you take them because of the improved blood flow. ( nothing drastic tho)

a pure creatine supp will put creatine phosphate ( your muscles main source for rapid energy ) into your muscles so that you can perform better and longer.

they are considered very different because the n.o supp with creatine in it is far superior to just regular creatine.
