What is the best way to increase muscle mass/bulk up?

I’m 14 years old. I’m very define and tall. I wiegh 55kg and am 5ft 9. Some people tell me I’m too skiny and I need to put on weight. I wanna increase my muscle mass whilst keeping definition. I was thinking of drinkinng protein shakes with my breakfast.
What should I do?

  2. if you’re 14, you will naturally become more muscular as you get older. Protein shakes are a big waste, the body can only absorb s certain amount of protein at a time, the rest goes to waste. start lifting weights, and eat 5 small meals a day. and you will need patience this takes time.
